Monday
Buy yourself some fresh flowers and admire the natural world around you. Get into the outdoors and explore the greenery in and around where you live.
Tuesday
Make something; create. Take this day to explore an interest you’ve not yet tried or a talent you need to work on. Whether it’s poetry, drawing, painting or writing, take this day to try out an old or new craft.
Wednesday
Take a spa night for yourself. Pour yourself a hot tea or something a little stronger (if you’ve had a particularly long day), put your bath robe on and sort yourself a DIY hair and face mask. Light candles, diffuse some essential oils and take this time to rejuvenate and relax.
Thursday
Have a screen free night. Get yourself a good book, put on some music or play a board game. Use this time to peel yourself away from bright screens and social media to grant yourself a night of having peace of mind.
Friday
Hold a family dinner, bringing your nearest and dearest together to enjoy some good food. Play games, light your fire and listen to one another. This is a brilliant way to reconnect with your loved ones and share a lovely memory together.
Saturday
Don’t rush your morning today; take time getting out of bed and enjoy a good breakfast. Take the morning to read your favourite book and relax with a hot cup of tea.
Sunday
Use this day to declutter and organise your home. Whether you have a particular room, drawer or closet that needs sorting through, organise that particular thing that has been bugging you. Then, in the afternoon, take a walk to refresh your mind before the week ahead.
